Returns Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Product received in poor condition
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste or personal preference concerns
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Refund Process

Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording a video while opening the package and contacting us immediately for assistance.
